Bygones: Hero Worship - Discussion & Author's NotesFor any comments on the story.
Author's Notes: The idea for this story is actually among the first of the Bygones story ideas I came up with, centering around a certain image that will pop up very late in the story, so I won't mention it yet. It stayed just that core idea for quite a while, until I started to write Croatoa, at which point I decided it would be a cool idea to have one of the two sisters pop up in that story.
That, of course, required me to come up with at least a name for her, which is usually one of the last things I do, since it's usually quite difficult for me. So I ended up fleshing out the idea for the story a little more, then finally I came up with what I thought was a suitable name for her and her sister, though I think that originally I had them switched.
But, even so, it was about a year or so after that before I finally started working on the story itself. I'm not sure why exactly it took so long, especially since it's an idea I really like, but here it is at last... Or at least part of it. Hopefully I'll have it finished up soon.
