Author's Notes: A Valentine's Day present for my Daddy.
My computer actually had died at around this time. I'm still not sure what went wrong with it, but it was well and truly dead, so this is one of the few stories that I wrote while using my mom's computer.

I thoughtthe story was very sweet but, and it may be just me, I'm not really sure about what happened at the beginning. I didn't really understand.

As Libby said, she was trying to fix her computer around this time. Libby and I generally insert things that have actually happened into the stories we write for each other, making them more realistic for both of us. In the story, she is attempting to fix her computer when she slips with some tool (presumably) and scrapes her hand. My immediate response as Daddy, obviously, is to make it better, but she has some independence to want to prove she can do some things by herself - just like a 4 year old, huh? 
She's absolutely right about the way by which I like to check her diaper.
